Athol is located in the territory of TISH, an acronym for There is Still Hope. TISH is self-governed. The residents in Athol believe themselves to be globally-friendly, though wish to remain autonomous. They believe in free speech, however there is a growing community who want to suppress words of violence. They will go to any expense to be Green, at times confusing Being Green with the color Green.
